APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Vice Chairman asked if there were any corrections or <br />additions to the Minutes of the Regular Meetings of July 14, 1992 <br />or July 21, 1992. There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Chairman Eggert being absent) approved the Minutes <br />of the Regular Meetings of 7/14/92 and 7/21/92, as <br />written. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Commissioner Scurlock requested that Item F be removed from <br />the Consent Agenda for discussion. <br />A. McCoy ZEA <br />Senior Planner, Current Development <br />DATE: September 2, 1992 <br />SUBJECT: Darrell McQueen/Rencorp's Request for Modification to PRD <br />Approval Extension for the Coquina PRD <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at its regular <br />meeting of September 15, 1992. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />On July 12, 19901 the Planning and Zoning Commission granted <br />preliminary PRD plan approval to construct 64 units as phase I of <br />the Coquina Planned Residential Development (PRD). The subject <br />property is located on the west and east sides of SR A -1-A <br />immediately south of the Sea Oaks development and stretches from <br />the Atlantic Ocean to the Indian River. The preliminary PRD plan <br />approval was granted by the Planning and Zoning Commission subject <br />to approval of the special exception and conceptual plan by the <br />3 <br />BOOK 8 7 PAGE 528 <br />
