HySecuri
Simple. Reliable. Secure.
RE: 200,000 Cycle Testing, Slide Gate Operators
To Whom It May Concern:
6623 South 228th Street
Kent, WA 98032
(800) 321-9947
(888) 321-9946 Fax
w'v w.hyecurity.com
This letter is a HySecurity Gate, Inc. affidavit of conformance to specifications that call for testing the gate operator
mechanism to at least 200,000 cycles without breakdown.
HySecurity performed reliability tests on SlideDriver Model 50VF2/3 gate operator with a sliding gate that was adjusted
to weigh up to 5,000 pounds. The gate operator tests were conducted for more than 200,000 cycles and over that period
the mechanism experienced no mechanical, hydraulic, electrical or other component defects or breakdowns during
this extensive cycle testing.
All of these tests were performed at our test facility and factory in Kent, Washington, USA. The test consists of
operating a full size sliding gate, 14 feet in width, with an adjustable weight capacity up to 5,000 pounds. One cycle
is defined as one full opening and one full closing. The tested operators were all equipped with timers that simulated
functional continuous duty use through a ten-hour workday.
Respectfully,
Brian DeNault
President
