Each <br />mandatory overtime assignment worked in the amount of 12 or more continuous <br />hours shall be counted as an occurrence. After each occurrence, the employ <br />shall be moved to the bottom of the list. If an employee is ineligible to work the <br />mandatory overtime assignment, they will not be charged an occurrence. <br />Employees who, for 30 consecutive calendar days or longer, are on workers <br />compensation leave, workers compensation/medical light assignments, <br />FMLA, or sick leave will have mandatory overtime occurrences credited to them <br />as their names come up within the rotation so that they are not required to work <br />multiple mandatory overtime assignments when they return to full duty.
