SECTION III <br />COMPENSATION <br />For Item 1 of the Scope of Services the Consultant will be paid based on the Hourly Rate Schedule, with the <br />amount not to exceed Sixty -Dive "Thousand One hundred Dollars ($65,100.00) including reimbursable <br />expenses and as per the services authorized and performed in accordance with Section I of the Agreement. <br />For Item 2 of the Scope of Services, Additional Services, compensation will be as mutually agreed and issued <br />in the form of a change order. <br />Page 4of4 <br />
