Board of County Commissioners <br />Meeting Minutes - Final June 13, 2017 <br />two (2) years. In addition, he recommended revising the cycle for impact fee <br />schedule reviews, from once every three (3) years, to once every three (3) to <br />five (5) years, depending upon the conditions. <br />Vice Chairman O'Bryan opposed the update delay due to the fact that new <br />methodology was put into effect in 2014, and he would like to see how the <br />model is tracking. <br />Chairman Flescher, Commissioner Adams and Commissioner Zorc were in <br />support of Commissioner Solari's recommendation. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Solari, seconded by Chairman Flescher, by <br />a 4-1 vote (Vice Chairman O'Bryan opposed), the Board approved to: 1) direct <br />staff to return to the Board in two (2) years with an Impact Fee Scope of Services <br />review; and 2) direct the County Attorney to draft an amendment to the Impact <br />Fee Ordinance 2005-015, changing the review schedule to once every three (3) to <br />five (5) years, depending upon the conditions. The motion carried by the <br />following vote: <br />Aye: 4 - Chairman Flescher, Commissioner Adams, Commissioner Solari, and <br />Commissioner Zorc <br />Nay: 1 - Vice Chairman O'Bryan <br />B.
