Page 2 of 3 <br />PROJECT CONSULTANTS: <br />In-house design, Indian River County Engineering Division <br />UTILITIES <br />Florida Power and Light, Co. <br />AT&T <br />Indian River County Utilities <br />Comcast Cable Communications, Inc. <br />Florida City Gas <br />Indian River County Telecommunications <br />Florida Public Utilities (Gas) <br />Other coordination: <br />IRC Traffic Engineering <br />OTHER ISSUES <br />• Maintenance of Traffic: <br />o Contractor shall submit a Maintenance of Traffic Plan (MOT Plan) to the Indian <br />River County, Engineering Division for approval. <br />o Access for school, businesses and residences shall be maintained at all times. <br />o Traffic shall be maintained at all times. <br />o The Maintenance of Traffic Plan shall meet the FDOT (Florida Department of <br />Transportation) Index #600, FY2017-2018 Edition. <br />• St Johns River Water Management District permit (ERP #93656-2) <br />• Sidewalk –true 6" Concrete with Fiber, 2% max slope (no tolerance). <br />• Testing per- FDOT specifications.
