B. AUTHORIZED USE, TERMS & CONDITIONS: I. The Premises are to be used by Applicant for the Indian River Dog Training Club (the "Event"), a dog agility training event with vendors, attendees and handlers. (a) The Event may include the following activities: dog and handler training, RV camping by attendees and vendors selling merchandise. Applicant will have access to the Agricultural Pavilion and Ag. Pavilion parking lot. RV camping will be restricted to the dog agility participants including attendees of the Indian River Dog Training Club. (b) The hours of the Event shall be: 7am-7pm on February 9-11, 2018. Set-up may occur after 5pm on February 8, 2018. (c) The Event shall be used for no other purpose whatsoever, unless prior written approval is requested in writing by Applicant and given by the County which approval shall be subject to availability but not be unreasonably withheld" conditioned. or delayed so long as such request is submitted at least 90 days prior to the beginning of the License Duration. The Applicant shall have first right of refusal for February 7-10, 2019, and February 6-9, 2020, and will have 30 calendar days from the last day of each year's event to provide a security deposit which shall be a minimum of 25% of the Fairgrounds License Agreement Fees Schedule in effect at that time to the County to secure the future date. If the Applicant fails to provide the security deposit as described within this section" the Applicant forfeits the reservation of these dates. 3. Applicant agrees to pay to the County as rent, costs, expenses and taxes for the use of the Premises the following sums: (a) Rental fee will be $1,813.65 plus any additional charges imposed at the request of the Applicant to be reconciled at the end of License Duration. based on the calculations on the attached Fee Schedule. A minimum of TWENTY-FIVE percent (25%) of the entire rental fee, $456.41 ("Event Deposit") was received on January 10. 2017. The balance of the rental fee set forth above and any remaining payments, including any expenses" charges or other fees described in this License Agreement shall be due thirty (30) days prior to the Event.
