The proposed beachside circulator will be known as GoLine Route 16 and will connect <br /> employment,business,tourist,and leisure destinations with a remote parking lot at Riverside Park, <br /> where the circulator will also connect with GoLine Route 1.1t is expected that Route 16 will operate <br /> at a 15-minute frequency (i.e. four stops per hour at each destination along the route).The service is <br /> expected to begin on July 1,2015. <br /> The proposed circulator represents the first public-private partnership to support public <br /> transportation in Indian River County. The grant has a local match requirement equal to 25%of the <br /> state funds.
