Bair <br />OMB Director <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The HRS - Indian River County Public Health Unit has submitted their annual contract <br />to the county under F.S. 154. As in prior years, staff would lice to remove the word "cash" <br />from page 5, Section VIII, Subsection B, last sentence. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of this contract after the above change has been made. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Chairman Eggert being absent) approved the contract <br />with the Department of Health and Rehabilitative <br />Services, as recommended by staff. <br />COPY OF SAID CONTRACT <br />IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />N.
