Indicate the mode, route and distance of each <br />segment of the journey, from fuel source to the Facility site. Discuss the current <br />status and pertinent factors impacting future availability of the transportation <br />network. <br />• Provide AFTR necessary to support planned levels of generation and list the <br />assumptions used to determine these quantities. <br />• Provide a summary of the status of the fuel transportation arrangements in place to <br />meet the AFTR in each year of the proposed operating life of the Facility. Use the <br />categories below to describe the current arrangement for securing the AFTR. <br />owned = fuel transport via a fully developed system owned by one or more of the <br />project participants <br />contract = fully executed firm transportation contract exists between the developer(s) <br />and fuel transporter(s) <br />LOI = a letter of intent for fuel transport exists between developer(s) and fuel <br />transporter(s) <br />spot = fuel transportation will be purchased on the spot market <br />none = no firm fuel transportation arrangement currently in place <br />other = fuel transportation arrangement which does not fit any of the above <br />categories (please describe) <br />• Provide the maximum, minimum and average fuel inventory levels to be maintained <br />for primary and secondary fuels at the Facility site. List the assumptions used in <br />determining the inventory levels. <br />• Provide information regarding RF/QF's plans to maintain sufficient on site fuel to <br />deliver capacity and energy for an uninterrupted seventy-two (72) hour period. <br />IV.
