nox 8 7 as 7.33 <br />impacted (reference subsection 928.06(5)). <br />14 .Additional submittal requirements may be required by <br />staff at a formal pre -application conference or a <br />TRC meeting, whichever occurs first, based upon <br />staff concerns and issues particular to the site, <br />surrounding area, or proposed use. <br />The review and approval process for a conceptual plan <br />application shall be the process appropriate for the use <br />approval level (special exception, administrative permit, <br />permitted). <br />SECTION 19: Amend Chapter 918, Sanitary Sewer and Potable Water <br />Regulations to read as follows: <br />Sec. 918.01 Short Title <br />Sec. 918.02 Purpose and Intent <br />Sec. 918.03 Definitions <br />Sec. 918.04 Sanitary Sewer and Potable Water Regulations <br />Sec. 918.05 Water and Wastewater Connection Requirements for <br />New Development <br />Section 918.01 Short Title <br />This chapter shall be known as the Sanitary Sewer and Potable Water <br />Regulations Ordinance. <br />Section 918.02 Purpose and Intent <br />The purpose of this chapter is to provide for the implementation of <br />the land development related policies of the Sanitary Sewer and <br />Potable Water Sub -Elements of the Comprehensive Plan. Other <br />policies of the Sanitary Sewer and Potable Water Sub -Elements <br />requiring ordinances for implementation will be included in the <br />Utilities Ordinance in Title II of the Code of Laws and Ordinances. <br />In the case of duplication between the provisions of this chapter <br />and the Utilities Ordinance in the Title II, the provisions of the <br />Utilities Ordinance will govern. <br />Section 918.03 Definitions <br />All terms defined in Chapter 901, definitions, are applicable in <br />this chapter. <br />Section 918.04 Sanitary Sewer and Potable Water Regulations <br />(1) Single family dwelling units and <br />-• -- • non-resiaential <br />projects utilizing less than 2,000 gallons of potable water <br />per day may use private wells where such wells are approved by <br />regulatory agencies including the County Environmental Health <br />Department and Utilities Department, in accordance with the <br />connection regulations set out in'Section 918.05 below. <br />(2) Single family dwelling units and <br />non-residential <br />projects generating less than 2,000 gallons of wastewater per <br />day may utilize septic tanks for disposal of domestic waste <br />only, where those septic tanks are approved by the County <br />Environmental Health and Utilities Departments, and where <br />consistent with the connection regulations set out in Section <br />918.05 below. <br />16 <br />M M M <br />
