Board of County Commissioners Meeting Minutes - Final October 24, 2017 <br />Attachments: Staff Report <br />(Clerk's Note: This Item was heard prior to Item 8. G., and placed here for <br />continuity.) <br />Commissioner Solari remarked that Interfund Borrowing is done at the end of every <br />Fiscal Year, and clarified that the dollar amount of $175,000 was for only one year. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Solari, seconded by Commissioner Adams, to <br />approve staffs recommendation. He <br />provided an analysis of the current methodology, and proposed .a new <br />Indian River County Florida Page 9 <br />
