DEPOSITS TO GUARANTEE PAYMENT OF BILLS (CONTINUED <br />Residential deposits will be returned after the Customer has had continuous service for a <br />period of 23 months and has not in the preceding 12 months made more than one late payment <br />of a bill, paid with a check refused by a bank, been disconnected for non-payment, tampered with <br />the gas meter, or used service in a fraudulent or unauthorized manner. In each case where a <br />refund is made the amount of the deposit and interest will be applied against any amount owed by <br />the Customer and the balance refunded. At the option of the Customer, the deposit will be <br />refunded in full after payment of the final bill. <br />All Commission Rules and Regulations pertaining to Customer deposits (PSC Rule 25- <br />7.083) are incorporated herein by reference and those Commission Rules govern in the event of <br />conflict with Company Rules herein. <br />P 4, Ua <br />
