O'Brien - Assistant County Attorney <br />DATE: September 23, 1992 <br />SUBJECT: PROPOSED ORDINANCE ENTITLED: <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />MAKING IT AN OFFENSE TO SCAVENGE THE <br />RECYCLABLE CONTENTS OF RECYCLING BINS OR TO <br />REMOVE SAID BINS. <br />A public hearing date of October 27, 1992 is suggested for the subject <br />ordinance. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously agreed to <br />schedule a public hearing on October 27, 1992, to <br />consider an ordinance making it an offense to <br />scavenge the recyclable contents of recycling bins <br />or to remove said bins, as recommended by staff. <br />15 <br />p C1 6199200, <br />I <br />
