5. City will appoint a project liaison to receive any project related communications from the <br />Engineer during the course of the project. <br />SECTION 5 — TIME OF PERFORMANCE <br />Service Provider shall commence work within ten ( 10 ) business days after <br />issuance of a written notice -to -proceed. The work shall be completed within 240 business <br />days after issuance of the written notice -to -proceed, including delivery of plans, specifications <br />and permit applications for City review. <br />Deliverable date is dependent upon City providing all data requested to PowerServices within <br />30 days of request <br />SECTION 6 — COMPENSATION <br />City agrees to pay and Service Provider agrees to accept, for services rendered pursuant <br />to the Scope of Services and Specifications identified in this Work Order and in accordance with <br />the conditions set forth in this Work Order and the Master Agreement, a maximum fee under this <br />Work Order of $175,000. This fee and the payment schedule for said fee is itemized as follows: <br />To be invoiced monthly based on work completed. <br />Account #: �!c i 9 9G 0.5". . 3 3 r o c <br />SECTION 7 — OTHER/ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS <br />PowerServices has indicated the number of days after receipt of data responses for the <br />completion of each project task. We are able to deliver certain tasks in advance of completing the <br />final work assignment. The schedule is based on all materials and data responses from the city <br />being available within 30 days of the City's receipt of PowerServices data requests. <br />SECTION 8 — RELATION TO MASTER AGREEMENT <br />All conditions set forth in the Master Agreement shall control unless otherwise specified <br />in this Work Order. <br />SECTION 9 - DESIGNATED SERVICE PROVIDER REPRESENTATIVE. <br />Service Provider designates the following listed individual as Service Provider's <br />representative, to represent Service Provider in all matters pertaining to this Work Order: <br />Name: Lloyd D.
