Board of Commissioners SWDD Meeting Minutes- Final January 9,2018 <br /> He stated that Waste Management Inc. of Florida was the only vendor that <br /> submitted a response to the solicitation, and noted that their lowest bid <br /> represented a 150% monthly increase from the current monthly cost. <br /> Waste Management Representatives Dina Reider-Hicks and Bob Delacruz <br /> answered questions from the Board regarding the consideration of any <br /> additional adjustments that could be made to reduce the cost. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Flescher, seconded by Commissioner <br /> Zorc,to approve staffs recommendation. The motion carried by the following <br /> vote: <br /> Aye: 5- Chairman O'Bryan, Vice Chairman Solari, Commissioner Adams, Commissioner <br /> Flescher, and Commissioner Zorc <br /> C. Environmental Control Board <br /> 16.
