2. The County's estimated future reuse water flow quantity to be directed to future reuse water <br />storage / disposal facilities other than the North County Storage and Pumping Facility. <br />3. Modeling information by Knight & McGuire of the proposed John's Island reuse pipeline from <br />Hobart Road and Old Dixie Highway to the pipeline termination on John's Island. <br />Task B — Expansion & Modification of the Hobart Road Reuse Water Pump Station and Storage <br />Facilities <br />If required, Masteller & Moler, Inc. will utilize the information generated in the above -referenced <br />"Report" to design and prepare Construction Plans, Specifications, and Bid Documents showing and <br />describing the expansion pumps, piping, valves, motors, electrical equipment and controls. <br />Task C — Services During Biddi <br />If required, Masteller & Moler, Inc. will assist the County during project bidding, bid review, and provide <br />the County with our recommendations regarding contract award. <br />Task D — Services During Construction <br />If required, Masteller & Moler, Inc. will provide contract administration and periodic observation of <br />construction of the project described in Task B on an as -needed basis to observe that construction is in <br />reasonable compliance with the Contract Plans and Specifications. We will also attend meetings, review <br />shop drawings and monthly pay estimates from the Contractor. Following successful completion of the <br />Contract work as evidenced by as-builts and testing by the selected Contractor, we shall prepare <br />Engineer's Certificates confirming that the project improvements have been constructed in substantial <br />conformance with design plans and specifications. <br />Deliverables — The ENGINEER shall provide the COUNTY: <br />a. Reuse System Evaluation Report <br />b. Preliminary Construction Plans (If Required) <br />C. Preliminary Specifications (If Required) <br />d. Final Construction Plans (If Required) <br />e. Final Specifications (If Required) <br />f. Related digital AutoCAD, DOC, and PDF files <br />TIME SCHEDULE <br />Project shall be completed as follows: <br />Reuse System Evaluation Report (after NTP Receipt) <br />Preliminary Design, If Required (after NTP Receipt) <br />Final Design, If Required (after Client Comments Receipt) <br />Exhibit "A" - 2 <br />2 Copies <br />2 Sets <br />1 Copy <br />10 Sets <br />2 Copies <br />75 Working Days <br />30 Working Days <br />10 Working Days <br />
