OCT 2 01992 <br />to <br />and <br />BOOK 87 PAGE 849 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-186 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA ABANDONING <br />•CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN GRAND HARBOR PLAT 4 SUBDIVISION, <br />TRACT "T", ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN <br />PLAT BOOR 12, PAGE 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA. <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as described below, <br />WHEREAS, if those easements are replaced by alternate <br />easements, the retention of those easements will serve no public <br />purposes, <br />WHEREAS, the Grantee below has agreed to dedicate substitute <br />easements and relocate utilities, prior to the recording of this <br />resolution, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, <br />a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing <br />address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to <br />GHA, Grand Harbor, Ltd. their successors in interest, heirs and <br />assigns, whose mailing address is 2121 Grand Harbor Boulevard, Vero <br />Beach, Florida 32967, Grantee, as follow: <br />Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, title, and <br />interest that it may have in the following described easements: <br />SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A" <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner, Scurlock <br />seconded by Commissioner Bowman , and adopted on the <br />vote: <br />20th day of October <br />, 1992, by the following <br />Commissioner <br />Carolyn R.
