OCT 27 1992 BOOK 87 u, 99 <br />Finished products such as the TDLCB meeting minutes, by-laws, and <br />reports are required to accompany all reimbursement invoices. <br />These materials will be submitted to the state along with the <br />reimbursement invoice and the progress report. <br />The BCC/DOPA's alternatives are either to approve the transmittal <br />of the Progress Report and reimbursement invoice as submitted, to <br />approve transmittal of the Progress Report and invoice with <br />revisions, or to deny the transmittal of the Progress Report and <br />reimbursement invoice to the state. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The TDLCB and the staff recommend that the Board of County <br />Commissioners/DOPA approve the Progress Report and reimbursement <br />invoice, and direct staff to transmit the report and the invoice to <br />the State of Florida Transportation Disadvantaged Commission. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Commissioner Bird being absent) approved the <br />progress report and reimbursement invoice, and <br />directed staff to transmit the report and the <br />invoice to the State of Florida Transportation <br />Disadvantaged Commission, as recommended by staff. <br />H.
