Chandler, County Admini trator <br />THRU: Jack Price, Personnel Directo <br />FROM: Beth Jordan, Risk Managern- <br />DATE: 19 October 1992 Y' - - <br />Boa 87 i'° VE 13 <br />BIIHJECT: Renewal -Contract; Third Party Claims Administration <br />We request consent agenda consideration on October 27, 1992, for <br />the following service agreement. <br />On September 22, 1992, the Board adopted the 1992-93 insurance <br />program, including third party claims administration through <br />Insurance Servicing & Adjusting Company (ISAC) at a cost not to <br />exceed $33,985.00. The agreement has been executed by-ISAC and is <br />now presented for Board consideration. <br />Staff recommends approval of the service agreement and signature by <br />the Board chairman. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Tippin, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Commissioner Bird being absent) approved the service <br />agreement with Insurance Servicing & Adjusting <br />Company in the amount of $33,985.00, as recommended <br />by staff. <br />SAID CONTRACT <br />IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />SANDRIDGE GOLF CLUB SECOND "18'e -CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 AND RELEASE OF <br />RETAINAGE <br />Public Works Director Jim Davis commented from the following <br />memo dated October 19, 1992: <br />22 <br />
