Tuesday, October 27, 1992 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission Chambers, <br />1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, October 27, <br />1992, at 9:00 o'clock A. M. Present were Carolyn K. Eggert, <br />Chairman; Margaret C. Bowman, Vice Chairman; John W. Tippin; and <br />Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Absent was Richard N. Bird who was on <br />vacation. Also present were James E. Chandler, County <br />Administrator; Charles P. Vitunac, County Attorney; and Deputy <br />Clerks Patricia Held and Diane Albin. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order, and Attorney Charles <br />P. Vitunac, led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA/EMERGENCY ITEMS <br />Commissioner Bowman requested the addition of Item 13B, <br />Transportation Planning Committee Report. <br />Commissioner Scurlock requested the addition of Item 13G, <br />Irrigation System at Sandridge Golf Course. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously added the <br />above items to the Agenda. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Chairman asked if there were any additions or corrections <br />to the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of August 18, 1992. There <br />were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board approved the Minutes <br />of the Regular Meeting of August 18, 1992 as <br />written. <br />soot 87 E& -F 892 <br />
