Ring, Jr. <br />Lots 11, 12 & 13, Block G, Oslo Park Subdivision Unit 3 <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their regular <br />meeting of November 3, 1992. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />The County has been petitioned by Joseph J. Ring, Jr., owner of the <br />subject property, for the release of the common five (5) foot <br />utility and drainage easements of Lots 11, 12, & 13, Block G, Oslo <br />Park Subdivision Unit No. 3. It is the petitioner's intention to <br />construct an attached garage addition, and conform to present <br />building setback requirements for the existing single-family <br />residence. <br />The current zoning classification of the subject property is RS -61 <br />Single -Family Residential District. The Land Use Designation is L- <br />2, allowing up to six (6) per acre. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS: <br />The request has been reviewed by Southern Bell Telephone Company, <br />Florida Power and Light Company, United Artist Cable Corporation, <br />the Indian River County Utilities Department and the Road & Bridge <br />and Engineering Divisions. Based upon their reviews, there would <br />be no adverse impact being supplied to the property. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the Board, through the adoption of a <br />resolution, release the common five (5) foot side lot utility and <br />drainage easements of Lots .il, 12 & 13, Block G, Oslo Park <br />Subdivision Unit No. 3, being the easterly five (5) feet of Lot 11, <br />the westerly and easterly five. (5) feet of Lot 12, and the westerly <br />five (5) feet of Lot 13, according to the plat thereof as recorded <br />in Plat Book 4, Page 19, of the Public Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />4 <br />
