ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Tippin, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Proclamation Designating November 7, 1992 as <br />Children's Art Festival Day in Indian River County. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Chairman asked if there were any additions or corrections <br />to the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of August 25, 1992.
