Resolution Accepting the Certificate of the County Canvassing <br />Board <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Tippin, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 92-209, accepting the Certificate of the <br />County Convassing Board. <br />RESOLUTION 92-209, WITH CERTIFICATE OF COUNTY CONVASSING BOARD <br />ATTACHED, IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-_L01 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE CERTIFICATE OF THE <br />COUNTY CANVASSING BOARD. <br />WHEREAS, on November 3, 1992, the County held a referendum of the <br />qualified electors on the question of whether Indian River County should <br />authorize the issuance of General Obligation Bonds or Notes of the County in <br />one or more series in an amount not -to -exceeds $26, 000, 000 to finance the <br />cost of acquiring environmentally significant land to protect water quality, <br />open spaces, and wildlife habitat; and <br />WHEREAS, after the ballots were counted, the results were certified by <br />the County Canvassing Board, which consisted of County Judge James B. <br />Balsiger, Supervisor of Elections Ann Robinson, and Chairman of the Board <br />of County Commissioners Carolyn K.
