This is based <br />upon a level of service standard of 250 gallons per ERU per day. <br />Water is available from the South County Plant. Lines run near the <br />subject property along Old Dixie Highway, 8th Street, and 9th <br />Street. The South County Plant currently has a remaining capacity <br />of approximately 2,500,000 gallons per day. Prior to consideration <br />of this request.by the Board of County Commissioners, the applicant <br />must enter into a developer's agreement with the county which <br />states -that the developer agrees to connect to the county water <br />system at the time of development. This satisfies the potable <br />water concurrency test for the subject property. <br />M <br />
