-7 <br />�� L <br />BOOK 88 Fv1 E !2 1 <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Macht, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, to adopt Resolution 92-215, <br />confirming the assessment roll for certain paving <br />and drainage improvements to the roads in Floral <br />Park and Ranch Estates Subdivisions, providing for <br />1-, 2-, and 5 -year payment plans and establishing a <br />10 -year payment plan for applicants who establish <br />hardship. <br />Under discussion, Attorney Vitunac advised that an individual <br />can establish hardship simply by filling out an application form <br />stating that they have a hardship. <br />Commissioner Adams noted that 5 homeowners were against the <br />paving for financial reasons, 15 were in favor of the project, with <br />the remainder being absentee property owners. <br />Further discussion ensued regarding the need to go forward <br />with improvements in this area because of drainage problems and the <br />length of time that is involved to complete these projects. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. <br />It was•voted on and carried unanimously. <br />_ RECORD VERIFIED <br />JEFFREY K.
