Finney, SRA <br />County Right of Way Agent CONSENT AGENDA <br />SUBJECT: Purchase Authorization; 45th Street Right -of -Way Acquisition, Robertson Parcel <br />DATE: November 30, 1992 <br />Indian River County is planning to widen and pave 45th Street east of U.S. Highway #1 to Indian <br />River Boulevard, Phase 4. The additional right-of-way needed to accomplish this project consists <br />of the acquisition of 10 parcels. A Contract For Sale and Purchase was sent to the property owner <br />at the appraised value of the 0.36 acre parcel, which fronts on U.S. #1. The Robertsons have not <br />agreed to sell at the $48,888 appraised value but have executed the Contract For Sale and Purchase <br />at the purchase price of $55,000. There are no additional attorney's fees or special conditions to the <br />contract. <br />• ��t • • A111410 I • <br />Staff requests the Board accept the $55,500 contract and direct the chairman to execute the contract <br />on the Board's behalf. <br />Funding in available in Account No. 309-215-541-066.12 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Macht, the Board unanimously approved <br />Contract for Sale and Purchase with Etta Oquilla <br />Robertson in the amount of $55,000, as recommended <br />by staff. <br />CONTRACT IS ON FILE <br />IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />6 <br />
