Discussion ensued, and Director Pinto reminded the Board that <br />it takes a lot more line to service Mr. Beindorf's frontage, which <br />is four times that of the other lots. <br />Commissioner Bird felt there wasn't anything unique about Mr. <br />Beindorf's property to warrant an adjustment. <br />Nancy Richards stated that she owns property in Stevens Park <br />and wanted to know how eminent sewer service is into that area. <br />Director Pinto replied that sewer service was not planned into <br />that area in the foreseeable future, unless the residents petition <br />for it. <br />It was determined that no one else wished to be heard and the <br />Chairman closed the public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Macht, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 92-224, confirming the special <br />assessments in connection with Phase II of the water <br />main extension growth plan, with the adjustments to <br />the Smith, Carlson and Peterson parcels as set forth <br />above. <br />RECOFsflK ATOtA <br />JEFFREY <br />'C,acu"T <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-N01AN 81,460 �r <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />CONFIRMING THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS IN <br />CONNECTION WITH PHASE II OF THE WATER MAIN <br />EXTENSION GROWTH PLAN AND PROVIDING FOR <br />SPECIAL ASSESSMENT LIENS TO BE MADE OF <br />RECORD. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County has, by Resolution No. 92-190, adopted October 27, 1992, <br />determined to make special assessments against certain properties to be <br />serviced by Phase II of the Water Main Extension Growth Plan of the <br />County; and <br />WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which said <br />special assessments shall be made and how said special assessments are <br />to be paid; and <br />WHEREAS, the resolution was published on November 2, 1992, as <br />required by Section 206.04, Indian River County Code; and <br />19 <br />BOOK 88 F: uE 227 <br />
