Resolution Accepting Utility Easements in Westlake Subdivision <br />The Board reviewed memo from County Attorney Charles Vitunac <br />dated December 7, 1992: <br />TO: BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />FROM: Charles P. Vitunac, County Attorney <br />DATE: December 7, 1992 <br />RE: RESOLUTION ACCEPTING UTILITY <br />EASEMENTS IN WESTLAXE SUBDIVISION <br />In connection with the Department.. of Utility Services installing water <br />lines for the Phase II water -main extension growth plan, it is necessary <br />that the County formally accept the utility easements shown on the plat <br />Of Westlake Subdivision. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: Request the Board's approval and authorization for <br />the Chairman to sign the attached resolution accepting the necessary <br />utility easements. <br />6 <br />
