ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 92-226 formally accepting utility <br />easements in Westland Park Subdivision, as <br />recommended by staff. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92- 226 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, FORMALLY ACCEPTING UTILITY <br />EASEMENTS IN WESTLAKE PARK SUBDI- <br />VISION. <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County is in the process of installing water <br />lines in connection with Phase II of the water main extension growth plan; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, in connection with this project, it is necessary for the <br />County to install its water lines in certain utility easements in Westlake Park <br />subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 25, Public Records of St. <br />Lucie County, Florida, now recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 83, Public <br />Records of Indian River County, Florida; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN <br />RIVER <br />COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, <br />that the Board <br />hereby formally <br />accepts the <br />utility <br />easements, <br />as offered <br />to the County, <br />shown on the plat of the above -referenced subdivision. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Bird , <br />and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Adams , and, upon being <br />w <br />put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Carolyn K.
