KEITH <br />SYMONS, BISHOP OF THE DIOCESES OF PALM BEACH <br />BACKGROUND <br />The Department of Utility Services has received all the <br />documentation necessary to complete the operation checklist for a <br />water distribution system at the St. John of the Cross Catholic <br />Church project. This design called for the installation of a 6 -inch <br />diameter water line along 82nd Avenue. It was necessary to oversize <br />this line to 12 inches to meet the requirements of our Water Master <br />Plan. The Department of Utility -Services now proposes to enter into <br />a developer's agreement with The Most Reverend J.
