JAN 5 '1993 <br />BOOK 88 F-ar,E 400 -1 <br />ORDINANCE NO. g3-1 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning of <br />the following described property situated in Indian River County, <br />Florida, to -wit: <br />That part of Tract 16 lying East of Interstate -Route 95; less <br />the North 9.03 acres thereof; in Section 3, Township 33 South, <br />Range 38 East; according to the last general plat of lands of <br />the Indian River Farms Company Subdivision filed-Ih Plat Book <br />2, Page 25, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; said <br />lands now lying and being in Indian River County, Florida; <br />LESS AND EXCEPTING FROM THE ABOVE, THE EAST 40 FEET FOR ROAD <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY PURPOSES. <br />Containing 20.88 acres, more or less, and being subject to <br />that certain right-of-way for road purposes, over, on and <br />above the South 30 feet of said Tract 16. <br />Be changed from CH to IL. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in <br />said Land Development Regulations. <br />Approved and adopted -by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, on this 5th day of January, 1993. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Vero Beach Press -Journal <br />on the 11th day of December, 1992 -for a public hearing to be held <br />on the 5th day of January, 1993 at which time it was moved for <br />adoption by Commissioner Eggert , seconded by Commissioner <br />Tippin , and adopted by the following vote: <br />Comm. :arolyn K.
