DavisP.E., <br />Public Works Director (=fr <br />SUBJECT: SANDRIDGE GOLF COURSE CLUBHOUSE, <br />CART STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE BUILDINGS <br />Change Order No. 4 <br />DATE:_ December 16, 1992 FILE: sandco4.agn <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Construction is now complete on the Clubhouse and the following <br />items are addressed on the attached Change Order No. 4: <br />1) Increases to the contract amount for the following work: <br />Installation of necessary A.D.A Requirements - Items 1 and 3 <br />Installation of miscellaneous electrical changes Item 4, and <br />5. <br />2) Deduction to contract for sodding area at buildings - Item 9 <br />3) The remaining increases on Change Order No. 4 are items that <br />were added for minor changes such as Items 6, 7, and 10. <br />4) Items 2 and 8 - no additional cost <br />The total net change in contract price for Change Order No. 4 is <br />an increase In the amount of $1,173.17. The new contract amount <br />of $762-i-546.17 is $ 17,451.83 -below the estimated budget. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />Alternative No. 1 <br />Authorize Change Order No. 4, finalizing the Contract. <br />Alternative No. 2 <br />Deny Change Order No. 4 and re -negotiate. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS AND FUNDING <br />Staff recommends Alternative No. 1.
