O'Brien - Assistant County Attorne <br />DATE: February 2, 1993 <br />SUBJECT: PROPOSED ORDINANCE ENTITLED: <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />AMENDING SECTION 307.02 CONCERNING PARKING <br />SPACES FOR CERTAIN HANDICAPPED PERSONS. <br />A public hearing date of March 9, 1993 is suggested for the subject <br />ordinance. <br />Commissioner Eggert noted that this amendment is to correct <br />the ordinance and is a good change. <br />Chairman Bird agreed and added that the amendment would bring <br />our ordinance in compliance with the City of Vero Beach ordinance. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously scheduled <br />a public hearing on March 9, 1993 to consider an <br />ordinance amending Section 307.02 concerning parking <br />spaces for certain handicapped persons. <br />We <br />
