There being none, he closed the <br />public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 93-30 confirming the assessment roll for <br />certain paving and drainage improvements to 91st <br />Avenue between 79th Street and 87th Street in Vero <br />Lake Estates Subdivision, as recommended by staff. <br />RESOLUTION 93-30, WITH ASSESSMENT ROLL ATTACHED, <br />IS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />Confirming (Third Reso.) 11/30/92(ENG)RES3.MAG\gfk <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-3Q_ <br />A RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, CONFIRMING <br />_THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR CERTAIN PAVING AND <br />DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS TO 91ST AVENUE BETWEEN <br />79TH STREET AND 87TH STREET. IN VERO'LAKE <br />ESTATES SUBDIVISION. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County adopted by Resolution No. 93-2, providing for certain <br />paving and drainage improvements to 91st Avenue between 79th <br />Street and B 7th Street in Vero Lake Estates Subdivision; and <br />-WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which <br />said special assessments shall be made and how said special <br />assessments are to be paid; and <br />WHEREAS, the resolution was published as required by <br />Section 206.06, Indian River County Code; and. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of' -Indian River <br />County.passed Resolution No. 93-3, on January 5, 1993, which <br />set a time and place for a public hearing at which the owners <br />of the properties to be assessed and other interested persons <br />would have the chance to be heard as to any and all complaints <br />as to said project and said special assessments, and for the <br />Board to act as required by Section 206.07, Indian River <br />County Code; and <br />all <br />
