IN VERO'LAKE ESTATES SUBDIVISION. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County adopted by Resolution No. 93-2, providing for certain paving and drainage improvements to 91st Avenue between 79th Street and B 7th Street in Vero Lake Estates Subdivision; and -WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which said special assessments shall be made and how said special assessments are to be paid; and WHEREAS, the resolution was published as required by Section 206.06, Indian River County Code; and.
