The low quote was from Autdmatic Entrances by $101.00. <br />This is the same brand door that was installed in the Main Library <br />as depicted in the present agenda item. <br />Seven doors have been targeted in our ADA transition report to <br />receive power openers. It is estimated this equipment will cost <br />approximately $12,500 using Automatic Entrances as the vendor and <br />County personnel performing the installation work. <br />The standardization of equipment will facilitate maintenance and <br />stocking replacement parts. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously authorized <br />staff to standardize future purchases of power <br />assisted door openers to Horton Automatics, as set <br />forth in the above staff recommendation. <br />M. The <br />county would like to cut down and remove the Australian Pine trees at this location once the county <br />has title to the property. <br />The property owner has agreed to sell and has signed a For Sale And Purchase Contract for <br />$4,500.00 for the 30'x 157' parcel.
