ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 93-37, formally accepting easements for <br />utility purposes in Pinewood Lane Subdivision. <br />Pinewood Lane Subdivision 1/89/e3Ciawcmt/moo pt)x,gao/vlc/ac <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-. 37 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, FORMALLY ACCEPTING EASEMENTS <br />FOR UTILITY PURPOSES IN PINEWOOD, LANE <br />SUBDIVISION. <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County is in the process of installing water <br />lines in Pinewood Lane Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, in connection with this project, it is necessary for the <br />County to install its water lines in certain utility easements in Pinewood Lane <br />Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 8, Pages 78 and 78-A, Public Records <br />of Indian River County, Florida; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board <br />hereby formally accepts for utility purposes only the streets and easements, <br />or any part thereof, as offered to the County in the Certificate of Dedication <br />shown on the plat of the above -referenced subdivision. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Eggert , <br />and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Adams , and, upon being <br />put to a vote, the vote was as follows: *" <br />Chairman Richard N.
