Vero Tropical <br />Gardens is a subdivision consisting of over 150 lots and was de- <br />veloped in the 1950s. The Hibiscus Airport was established around <br />1970. ' <br />Up to this time there has been no history of crashes or-o-ther - -- <br />serious accidents during the twenty two years the Hibiscus Airport <br />has been located in that area. I feel the following options be <br />considered: <br />1. Exempt the MacMillan and Neville -Woodrow properties from <br />the airport zoning. - -- <br />2. .Request Mr. Orth to move his runway further to the south. <br />3.
