Off Street Parking (total site): Required: 28 <br />Proposed: 44 <br />10. Stormwater Management: The Stormwater Management Plan has <br />been approved by the Public Works Department. <br />11. Landscape Plan: The type B landscaping buffer to be located <br />between the proposed storage facilities and 99th Street is <br />segmented due to an existing access driveway to 99th Street. <br />All existing green areas are proposed to be properly <br />landscaped to provide the type B buffer, and all Chapter 926 <br />landscaping requirements are satisfied by the application. <br />12. Utilities: The site is currently serviced by the county <br />wastewater system and an on-site potable water well. The <br />proposed additional storage areas will not be provided with <br />restrooms or hose bibbs. Therefore, no change to existing <br />utility services is needed. Neither the Utility Services nor <br />Environmental Health departments have any objections to <br />approval of this application. <br />13. Concurrency: The applicant has paid all fees applicable to a <br />final concurrency determination and has been issued an <br />initial/final concurrency certificate. <br />14.
