Is Request for Final Plat Approval for <br />Phase I of the Harbor Village to be Known As Harbor <br />Village Phase I, Grand Harbor Plat 12 <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at its regular <br />meeting of March 16, 1993. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />Harbor Villages Phase I is a boundary plat of a 34.40 acre parcel <br />located in the northeast section of the overall Grand Harbor <br />development. The final plat will create a 10.33 acre parcel as a <br />building site for 79 condominium units, and set the boundary of the <br />24.07 acre marina basin. Two of the condominium buildings on the <br />parcel are essentially complete and may receive a certificate of <br />occupancy once the final plat is approved and all other applicable <br />conditions are met. <br />On April 9, 1992, the Planning and Zoning Commission granted <br />preliminary PRD approval for the Harbor Village Phase I PRD, and a <br />land development permit for all of the infrastructure improvements <br />was subsequently issued. The developer, GRA Harbor Ltd. through <br />Its agent Masteller & Moler, Inc., is now requesting final plat <br />approval, and has submitted the following: <br />1. A plat in conformance with the originally approved preliminary <br />plat. <br />2. A certificate of completion for all required subdivision <br />improvements. <br />4 <br />
