In its <br />present form, someone could argue that the provisions of a <br />particular ordinance do not take effect until it actually is <br />included in the Code. With the adoption of this ordinance, the <br />provisions will take effect immediately for any violation of the <br />ordinance. <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone <br />wished to be heard in this matter. There being none, he closed the <br />public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Ordinance 93-09, amending Section 100.05, as <br />recommended by staff. <br />22 <br />
