M M <br />ORDINANCE NO. 93-13 <br />5. Land Bank: Indian River County may, through <br />purchase, auction or donation, acquire land <br />independent of a specific project for the expressed <br />purpose of providing eligible housing at a future <br />time. <br />H. The Indian River County Board of County Commissioners may <br />elect to provide additional funding to supplement and/or augment <br />funds provided from the Indian River County Local Housing <br />Assistance Trust Fund for administration and implementation of the <br />Indian River County Local Housing Assistance Program. <br />I. The Indian River County Local Housing Assistance Program <br />shall include a program activity to annually monitor and determine <br />tenant eligibility and amount of subsidy pursuant to the provisions <br />of this Ordinance and the Indian River County Local Housing <br />Assistance Plan. <br />J. The county shall comply with all rules and regulations of <br />the Florida Housing Finance Agency and the SHIP Program to provide <br />the required annual reporting on the status of the Indian River <br />County Local Housing Assistance Program and its compliance with the <br />State SHIP Program requirements and the Indian River County Local <br />Housing Assistance Plan. <br />R. Housing units receiving assistance from both the Indian <br />River County Local Housing Assistance Program and other State or <br />Federal Programs shall comply with the requirements of the Indian <br />River County Local Housing Assistance Program and the State SHIP <br />Program, as well as the requirements of the other State and/or <br />Federal Programs. Where eligible persons or sponsors receive <br />assistance from multiple programs and those programs have different <br />regulations, recipients shall comply with the program having the <br />most restrictive requirements; however, at no time may persons or <br />�M <br />APR o BOOK 89 PAGE 258 <br />L 6 a99, <br />
