FADE 259 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 93-13 <br />sponsors receiving assistance violate the requirements of any of <br />the other applicable programs, including the Indian River County <br />Local Housing Assistance Program and the State SHIP Program. <br />L. The Indian River County Local Housing Assistance Program <br />shall include all other lawful objectives not previously listed, if <br />said objectives have been adopted as part of the Indian River <br />County Local Housing Assistance Plan in the manner provided for by <br />Sections 420.907-420.9079, Florida Statutes and Rule 91-37, Florida <br />Administrative Code. <br />SECTION V. DESIGNATION OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADMINISTRATION <br />AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INDIAN RIVER COUNTY LOCAL <br />HOUSING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM <br />A. The Indian River County Community Development Department <br />is hereby designated the agency responsible for the implementation <br />and administration of the Indian River County Local Housing <br />Assistance Program. In its capacity as the responsible agency, the <br />Community Development Department, with concurring approval from the <br />Board of County Commissioners, 'may contract with various profit or <br />non-profit agencies for various administrative activities. <br />B. The Community Development Department shall monitor the <br />success of the Indian River County Local Housing Assistance <br />Program, and provide advice and suggestions as to whether and in <br />what ways the Indian River County Local Housing Assistance Program <br />might be improved from year to year. <br />C. The total amount paid from the Indian River County Local <br />Housing Assistance Trust Fund for any administrative expenses in <br />connection with the Indian River County Local Housing Assistance <br />Program shall not exceed five (5) percent of the funds of the <br />Indian River County Local Housing Assistance Trust Fund, unless <br />otherwise approved by resolution of the Indian River County Board <br />of County Commissioners.
