-PROCLAMATION <br />DESIGNATING APRIL 18 THROUGH 24, 1993 AS <br />NATIONAL LIBRARY WEER. <br />IN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />WHEREAS, America's libraries help millions of people each <br />day to learn and grow, to prosper and achieve their goals; and <br />WHEREAS, libraries empower people of all ages- and <br />backgrounds to lead better lives; and <br />WHEREAS, libraries and library supporters across America are <br />celebrating National Library Week, April 18 through 24, 1993, <br />with the theme "Libraries Change Lives": <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT PROCLAIMED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that April 18-24, 1993 <br />be designated as <br />NATIONAL LIBRARY WEER <br />in Indian River County, and all residents are encouraged to use <br />their library for the purpose of improving their lives. <br />Adopted this 13th day of April, 1993. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSION <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />Richard N.
