UW -91 -15 -DS <br />RESOLUTIONS I AND II <br />BACKGROUND <br />On October 23, 1990, the Indian River County Board of County <br />Commissioners gave conceptual approval of the installation of water <br />facilities as part of the Water Main Extension Growth Plan. The <br />Department of Utility Services has developed a phased plan to meet <br />the Comprehensive Plan requirements. Phase I was completed in <br />January 1993, and Phase II is under construction. On June 11, 1991, <br />the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners approved a <br />negotiated agreement with Carter Associates for the Phase III design <br />and additional services. We are now ready to begin the assessment <br />process associated with this project. (See attached minutes and <br />agenda item.) <br />ANALYSIS <br />Attached are Resolutions I and II for the assessment project.
