J. Occupational Licenses Collected - April, 1993 <br />The Board reviewed the following memo date 5/10/93: <br />NOOgANDBM <br />0 <br />TO: Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: Karl Zimmermann, Tax Collector <br />SUBJECT: Occupational Licenses <br />DATE: May 10, 1993 <br />Pursuant to Indian River County Ordinance No. 86-59, please be <br />informed that $6,412.55 was collected in occupational license <br />taxes during the month of April, representing the issuance <br />of 324 licenses. <br />The Tax Collector's Office has recently completed our annual <br />field audit. A total of 173 violations were issued. To date <br />121 have been resolved and 52 are pending. "Not at Home" letters <br />were left at approximately 156 businesses. To date 98 have been <br />resolved, 58 are pending. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Tippin, the Board unanimously accepted <br />the Occupational Licenses report for April, 1993. <br />K.
