It is the petitioner's intention <br />to construct: a single-family residence on the combined lots. <br />The petitioner has agreed to formally dedicate a new twenty (20) <br />foot utility and drainage easement prior to this abandonment being <br />recorded. <br />The current zoning classification of the subject property is..
