<br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA
<br />'ABANDONING CERTAIN EASEMENTS ON LOTS 8 & 9, BLOCK
<br />G, VERO LAKE ESTATES SUBDIVISION, UNIT K, ACCORDING
<br />• TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED. IN PLAT BOOK 5,
<br />PAGE 83
<br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as described below,
<br />WHEREAS, if said easements are replaced by alternative
<br />easements, the retention of said easements will serve no public
<br />purposes,
<br />WHEREAS, the Grantee has agreed to dedicate substitute
<br />easements prior to the recording of this resolution,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
<br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: -
<br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County,
<br />a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing
<br />address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to
<br />Todd Brognano, his successors, in interest, heirs and assigns,
<br />whose mailing address is Post Office Box 780874, Sebastian, Florida
<br />32978-0874, Grantee, as follow:
<br />Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, title, and
<br />interest that it may have in the following described easements:
<br />the common ten (10) foot side lot utility and drainage
<br />easements of Lots 8 & 9, Block G, Vero Lake Estates
<br />Subdivision, Unit K, being the southerly ten (10) feet of Lot
<br />8, and the northerly ten (10) feet of Lot 9, according.to the
<br />plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 83, of the
<br />Public Records of Indian River County, Florida.

<br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner
<br />" Eggert, seconded by Commissioner Adams , and adopted
