89 <br />BOOK <br />JUN - 8 1993 <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />and <br />Staff recommends to the Board, through the adoption of a. <br />resolution, release of the common three (3) foot side lot utility <br />and drainage easements of Lots 19 a 20, Block 1, Kings Music Lands <br />Subdivision, being the northerly three (3) feet of Lot 19, and the <br />southerly three (3) feet of Lot 20, according to the plat thereof <br />as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 17 of the Public Records of Indian <br />River County, Florida. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 93-101, abandoning certain easements in <br />Kings Music Lands Subdivision, Lots 19 and 20, Block <br />1, as recommended by staff. <br />RELEASE OF EASEMENT IS RECORDED <br />IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-101 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTYj FLORIDA <br />kBANDONING CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN KINGS 14USIC LANDS <br />SUBDIVISION, LOTS 19 & 20, BLOdK It ACCORDING TO <br />THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6v PAGE <br />17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA. <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as described below, <br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves no public <br />purposesf <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: <br />This release of easements is executed by Indian River County, <br />a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing <br />address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to <br />Betty Jean Primus, her successors in interest, heirs and assigns, <br />whose mailing address is Post Office Box 834, Wabasso, Florida <br />32970, Grantee, as follow: <br />6 <br />
