Heathaua, <br />Code Enforcement Officer <br />DATE: May 18, 1993 <br />SUBJECT: RELEASE OF EASEMENT REQUEST BY: <br />Betty Jean Primus <br />Lots 19 a 20, Block 1, Kings Music Lands Subdivision <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their regular <br />meeting of June 8, 1993. <br />DESCRIPTIONS CONDITIONS: <br />The County has been petitioned by Betty Jean Primus, owner of the <br />subject property, for the release of the common three (3) foot side <br />lot utility and drainage easements of Lots 19 A 20, Block 1, Kings <br />Music Lands Subdivision. It is the petitioner's intention to <br />construct a -single-family residence on the combined lots.* <br />The subject. property is currently zoned RS -3, Single -Family <br />Residential District. The Land Use Designation is L-1, allowing up <br />to three (3) units per acre. <br />ALTERNATIVES ANALYSIS: <br />The request has been reviewed by the Southern Bell Telephone <br />Company, the Florida Power & Light Corporation, T.C.I. Cable <br />Corporation, and the Indian River County Utilities Department and <br />the Road & Bridge and Engineering Divisions.
